This award belongs only to first class establishments, which are very comfortable and tasteful, with top facilities, for upscale living. Our guest house is also a Sunny-Mountain-member.

With us you have the luxury of choice: The ski resort of Kappl with 40 kilometers of pistes and 10 lifts for the whole family, where the free ski bus, to the bottom station, picks you up directly in front of our house. Or would you rather make your turns in the legendary Silvretta Arena Ischgl/Samnaun? The bottom station is just 5 km away. The bus stop is just 200m away from our house.

In summer Kappl lures you with its varied hiking paths and attractive mountain bike tours. On our small farm we can always use help. Those who wish to can gladly help us with hay-making or with feeding the animals.
